My name is Daniela, and you can call me Dana. I am an energy channel and healer. Through the practice of Reiki and my connection with the Divine, I am dedicated to guiding others toward their highest potential. Creating tailor-made healing sessions, recorded meditations, and group workshops, I hold space for deep energetic transformation. Having practiced Reiki since 2018 and been certified in three distinct styles, I’m also trained in emotional anatomy and blockage release to support healing on every level—mind, body, and spirit.

Reiki for anyone suffering from a loss, an abrupt ending

This card speaks of an ending, a necessary one, but it is still hard to take in and accept.

It will take you by surprise, and it can be an ending of a chapter in your romantic relationship, work environment, friendships, or any other aspect of your life.

Invitation for the week ahead

Give yourself permission to allow the healing process to run its course.
Sometimes, you might rush and wish that the healing happens in one go. That can be the case in certain circumstances.
However, if you are dealing with a very deep or old trauma, healing will look different.
You might need to have patience and heal layer after layer. And to allow integration in between.

So, this week, check in with yourself and coat your wounds in love. Bath yourself in kindness and pepper some sweetness to your heart.

How do you create and maintain healthy boundaries?

That's probably the question of the century, and the answers are worth more than their weight in gold.

Not only it will being more peaceful, love, health, and joy in your world, but it will also help heal all the atrocities and wars in the world.

There are countless books and therapies that can help you understand this concept better. I suggest checking what feels the best for you.

Here are some basics on boundaries.

Notice how your body and your mind react when someone says/does something.

Does it feel right with you? Is your body relaxed and excited? Or is it scrambling finding a way out, hiding, or freezing?

What's the first thing that crosses your mind when your boundaries are not respected?

Do you pause and state them again?
Or do you feel trapped and unable to fork coherent thoughts?

Do you regret instantly after agreeing to something you didn't want?

Do you overthing and try to find your way out?
Do you blame yourself for not saying what was really on your mind?

Do you harbor resentment inside of you but still continuing the same way?

All of these questions are a simple guideline for you to start understanding your own personal limits.

Remember that what is a limit for yourself might not be for someone else. And that its perfectly OK.

You need to take care of yourself first. When you reach the point of knowing yourself, respecting someone else's boundaries will become easy.

Boundaries. The limits between your inner and the outer world.

Probably one of the most important and vital things you need to learn in life is to have healthy boundaries.

What you let in and what you keep at distance. How much you allow something/someone else to influence you.

Skin is one the most fine organs to show you the state of your boundaries. I suggest checking my post on that.

However, the skin is not the only part of your body that will speak about this. In fact, your entire body will show you some signs.

The tightness in your belly, the goosebumps on your skin, the sensation of dryness inside and outside, picking at your skin or hair. The little habits of eating/being unable to eat, zoning out, disconnecting, overthinking, and so much more.

It will look different for each of you, but in the end, it will feel the same. Not being able to be yourself and not knowing how to deal with that.

Boundaries are simply a limit that says, "until here is me, from up there is you."

Due to the ways you might have been raised, creating and maintaining healthy boundaries can be a strange concept.

My yoga teacher @adriene mentioned something along these lines that can help you understand boundaries better.

"I can only give from a loving, authentic place when my cup is full."

This means that taking care of yourself is vital both for yourself and those around you. Because if you keep on giving from a half or empty cup, the results are far more damaging than you could imagine.

From the hurt you carry inside to the dis-eases of your body, all of it will wear you down.

The heart. Center of energy that contains both yin and yang. Both femininity and masculinity. Mental and emotional.

It's your home and represents LOVE, joy, vitality, and safety. The energy of heart radiates in the entire body, especially in your throat and solar plexus.

Your heart helps blood to circulate every day. When your heart stops, life leaves your body.

Blood carries oxygen and nutrients. Therefore, love gives you happiness, equilibrium, the joy to live, and inner peace.

Harmony is installed in your body when you express love. Basically, you direct the heart energy towards all parts of you.

Do you receive enough love from yourself?
How about from those around you?

Do you feel worth receiving love?
Have you learned to forgive yourself and the others?

Is your heart open?
Or is it closed due to disappointment?

Are you giving love?
How do you express love?

Have you been raised not to show your feelings?
Notice how you cope with this.

Love embraces all regardless of society's rules or prejudices. Encompasses all joys and pains, healing and revitalizing your life.

All heart dis-eases have the root cause of how you manage love. So, look inside your heart whenever you need to feel your feelings.

After getting familiar with your inner voice, it's time for you to use it.
In the beginning, it might feel strange to actually use it. That's because for so long, you have been using other people's voices.

The family's voice that might be criticizing or belittling you.

The society's that demands you to be, do, or have a certain status in order to be accepted.

The ancestors' voices that still think the old way is the best.

And so on. All of these voices became so normal for you to hear that you got used to thinking that's the way.

But, is it like that?
Or do you hear a whisper from the depths of your soul that says something else?

What does this voice sound like?

For starters, it will never treat you badly in any way. It will encourage you to listen and choose what feels the best for you. Not what's being asked in order to fit in.

It will always guide you home, to yourself. Helping you to feel alive again. To laugh, relax, and enjoy living.

Step by step, it will gently bring you closer to your own unique truth. From whisper to a crystal clear voice, it will show you where to focus on.

With every moment you listen, it will become stronger until all the other voices are muffled. The reason each and every one of us has a unique voice is to express your authenticity. Your own shining light.

This is my invitation to check in with yourself and see whose voice you are using today. And to open up to listen to your own magical song.

Why? You might ask. Because what you bring to this world can not be recreated by anyone else.

When each of us is using their own voice, we will all experience harmony as a symphony that everyone is attuned to perfectly.

So, take upon my invitation and start getting familiar with your voice. Build up the courage to use it in all that you do.

Lungs. Breathing in. Breathing out. Allowing the aer to flow through you.

Lungs have, among many other functions, the task of facilitating the movement of life through you. Filtering aer for the well-being of your entire body.

Your first and last breath are literally the sign of life coursing through you. The lungs are the declaration of independence and existence.

They are injured by unexpressed sadness, grief, and guilt. You might feel familiar with feeling sad, tired, or anxious.

It can be difficult to stand up for yourself and defend your point of view.
You can feel that it's your responsibility to take care of other people at your own expensive.
Setting and maintaining a healthy boundary can feel like a huge task.
You could have learned to be always dependent on someone else. Therefore, it feels unsafe to be independent. Or to say no.

In many ways, lung imbalances are linked to the fear of death and deeply connected with abandon. If the pregnancy or birth challenged your natural breathing process, you might have seen life as untrustworthy.

You can have a hard time with changes and transitions when life throws you a curve.

Can you breathe deeply and relax?
Do you trust that the changes are for your highest good?
Do you feel alive?
Are you living for yourself?
Are you giving your power away?
Have you ever felt abandoned? By whom?
Notice your breathing when you think of this moment.
Are you carrying guilt whitin?
Do you allow yourself to cry freely?
Do you feel overwhelmed?

Healing the parts of you long forgotten or ignored is part of the human journey. Understanding sadness is essential for healing.

In my personal journey, I noticed how much sadness I carried around for years. Not understanding why or how it got to me.

While working with this particular emotion, my therapist and the wonderful teachers met on the way, and I discovered the truth.

Sadness was the way my entire being used to show me how much I was choosing something/someone else over being my true self.

So today, I kindly invite you in a journey to reconnect with your sadness.
See feelingly, like my yoga teacher says.
What part of your body is activated by fear?
How young is that part of you?
What's your first memory of being sad? How did the people around you reacted?
What did you make of their behavior?
What did you believe about yourself?

How do you deal with sadness today?
There is a soul that holds space for you to fully feel it?

What are you the most sad for?
Dig as deep as you can. Write down the events that made you feel sad. Do your best to understand the connection.

Gently and ever so tender offer compasion to this part of you that holds sadness. It's probably one of the most precious gifts you ever received. Because it shows you the road map back to yourself.

Give yourself a hug, and if tears are springing, please allow them to be. They wash away wounds that are not visible to the naked eye.

Finally, if it's in your path today or any other day, make a promise to yourself. To always have a seat at your table for when sadness will come. Because it brings messages of where you forgot about your true self and lost connection. It will show you how to reconnect and come over on the other side stronger than ever in your faith in yourself.

Sadness. The emotion that sometimes comes unexpectedly. Other times, it's hidden under layers of other emotions, particular anger.

This emotion is part of a trio that I learned about times and times again. Anger, sadness, and fear have a strong connection with each other.

When you think of sadness, maybe thoughts of something/someone you lost bubbles up. Or a project didn't work your way. A so-called missed opportunity passed you by.

Different moments in life will bring waves of sadness.
They are crumbs left by your higher self to help you understand yourself better.

Each emotion can be experienced as a color, shape, or sensation.
What does sadness look like for you?
By what signs do you recognize it?

For some, it can look gray and heavy as a mask that left a heavy imprint on your face.
For others, it can feel like the pull of the ocean storm to tuck into your home and refuse contact with anyone else.

Over time, sadness bears the fruits of depression and grief, among other imbalances. Unexpressed sadness transforms in diabetes, immune diseases, or other. In the following post, I will speak about the most affected organ.

If you suppressed tears connecting with this emotion, you can feel cathartic because they can't be stopped anymore.

Being raised in a way that has the message "showing emotions is not welcomed" is very common. Therefore, the work to re-establish healthy communication with your emotions can feel both liberating and challenging.

Just remember that for years, you have lived a different life. It will take time to process the causes of your pain.

Because sadness is all about not being able to be your authentic self. Thinking that you are not good enough. You don't have enough. Didn't do enough.

Is it really true? Who says so?

The kidneys are connected with two adrenal glands, and they work together to maintain a balance of fluids in the body. They are in charge of the supply of water, minerals, and acid/alkaline level in the blood. On top of that, they are the filter for what’s nourishing and needs to stay in and what’s no longer serving us, and it’s eliminated.

Kidneys, being two, are directly linked to relationships. Either the primary one with your partner or with the feminine and masculine energies in your body.

The nature of emotions is to come up and point something that you are missing and then to get their way. When you get stuck and forget to release them, they will affect different body parts. In Chinese medicine, the kidneys are injured by fear. According to the chakra system, they are linked with the sacral one.

However, to get to the root cause of fear, you might need to connect with other emotions that cover it. For example, long-term sadness can generate anger, which, unexpressed, invites resentment.

The journey towards understanding the messages of your kidney imbalances requires getting comfortable with uncomfortable feelings. If any of these feelings are familiar to you, and maybe even present in your life for a long time, I invite you to journal on them.

Living in a state of deep-seated fear and grief, bitterness and resentment, guilt and self-destructive beliefs, and a dark overview on life might ring a bell for you.

Kidneys purify and clean the blood, helping in this way to facilitate the flow of love and joy in the body. The blood symbolizes joy and love. Like a diligent master of cleaning directs the waste out and the good stuff to the necessary channels.

There is much more to say about kidneys, but I will dive later in diseases connected to them.

For now, having the above-mentioned information, I invite you to take the time to answer these questions. Go as far as finding a quiet place, and take notice of the first feelings that come up as you work your way to the questions. There is no wrong or right answer. Just you inviting your body to conversation, and finally listening.

Healing anger, or better said, learning to express it in a healthy way.

Before I start sharing my recipe for dealing with anger, there is something else worth mentioning. As a human being, experiencing emotions is part of the deal. They are not here to stay but to help us become aware of our own experiences.

There is a high chance that learning how to deal with anger in a healthy way is not taught in your household. Today, countless therapists, holistic practitioners, and healing tools offer a range of practices to help you with it.

My way of dealing with anger is crafted by yoga, reiki, Chinese medicine, somatic exercises, all sorts of therapies, and books I ever read.
I invite you first and foremost to close your eyes and think of a time when you got angry. Locked up into your body lays the anger. This is your chance to acknowledge it, get familiar with it, and honor it.

Take this moment to give thanks to your anger. Because she acted on your behalf when you couldn't stand up for yourself.

Allow yourself to feel the heat that anger brings. Notice where in your body is located and, if it's possible, place your hand on that part. Stay with it. Get curious. Ask the reason for her presence.

Whatever answers come, listen and check if something resonates with you.

Anger needs an outlet to be expressed.
If you have the blessing of processing this emotion with someone in a safe place, please do it. If not, it's time to create your own ritual for connecting with yourself.

Grab a pillow and hit the couch/ bed/floor until you feel it leaving your system.
Scream, in your home or in nature. Wherever you feel safe to do it.

If tears or other reactions come up, let them be. After the wave has passed, write down your insights from this experience.

Next time you feel anger coming up, pause and acknowledge it. You can say out loud: I feel angry. What you said/done hurt me and made me feel... think.... about myself.

Give the chance to the other part to own their behavior. While not everyone will welcome this honest approach, some may share the reason behind their actions.

Anger. Hot. Red. Urgent. Now.

Anger is a heavy emotion that most of us didn't learn how to express it. While it's not acceptable to show it in today's society, anger has a powerful role.

When your boundaries are crossed, the anger will start to build up within. Until it can feel like the lava of the volcano.

It is the natural reaction of your body when something/someone tries to push you into doing something you don't want.

The organ most affected by anger is your liver. Because his role is to detox and get rid of toxic chemicals, the suppressed anger is right his alley.

It goes further and influences the nervous system and your muscles and can manifest as inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis and more.

When anger gets activated in your body, it can feel like a momentum is building. Like a harsh change of words and tone. Metamorphosis of a slightly higher pitch to yelling, throwing things, and body shaking. Until reaching a point of not being able to keep a clear head.

Like a fire alarm, your body takes control to defend you.

For babies up to two years, the anger is used for showing that they are not feeling well. They need food, a change of diapers, warmth, or being held.

Later on, it becomes a tool to resist something or even a way to manipulate or dominate someone.

The liver.
House of anger and criticism. This organ helps to purify the blood of impurities and gets rid of excess of protein, fat, and sugar.

The liver shows your flexibility in adapting to the life's ups and downs. Dense and heavy emotions like hatred, jealousy, and envy take a tool on your liver. Especially when you don't take the time to check in with yourself and release them.

In a magical way, the liver gathers your stress and inner tension. The bitterness you haven't processed sits in your liver. Which is way, the regular cleansing of liver makes you feel calmer and more connected with yourself.

The imbalances of the liver can go as far as being manifested as depression. A sign of being disappointed in yourself. It will influence your spiritual and inner cosmos.
You might feel like you don't know where to go or what to do in your life.

Your liver represents the faith and trust in your options. Pain comes from your attitude towards the emotions and feelings you experience.

Underneath the symptoms lays the fear you haven't addressed. The criticism and judgment oriented both inward and outside of yourself. Constant complaints and dissatisfaction are present in your life.

The joy of living is missing, and that hangs heavy on your liver. In Chinese medicine, the liver is connected with anger. Especially repressed anger that becomes a toxic substance when it is not acknowledged. This can lead to addiction.

The meaning and purpose of life are connected with the state of the liver. Because it gives life, a poor state of liver might feel like your life is meaningless.

This organ is directly influencing your immune system. A healthy liver will feel like a boost of enthusiasm to enjoy life, resilience to the challenges presented, and inner strength to follow your path.

What makes you feel bitter?
How can you begin releasing it?

Who are you angry at? Why?
In which way does it serve you to be so angry?

Where did you learn to criticize?
What are you unhappy about?
How do you feel carrying all this weight with you?
Would you like to feel lighter?

Healing from fear

It is by no means something that you can get perfect with the first try. It might take more than you first imagined. Nonetheless, it is possible to heal the wounds made by fear.

There are countless ways of healing, so feel free to pick and try what you feel called to.

My invitation to understand and heal is something that I use in my personal life.

Start by noticing where in your body you feel this emotion. It will make a huge difference if you can write it down. Next, explore what triggered the fear. If you can, engage all your senses.

What do you see?

What do you smell?

What do you feel?

What do you hear?

What do you taste?

Do your best to take deep breaths and look around you. Notice your environment, and take a walk in nature if it’s possible.

Become curious and ask the part of you that’s afraid to tell you more about it. It’s often a child part of yourself that gets stuck into a mindset that doesn’t allow growth and joy.

Practice non-judgmental behavior and patience. The part of you that's wounded by fear needs first to feel safe in order to start opening up.

If you have someone that you can trust, being a human, pet, or the universe itself, muster your courage and ask for help. Hearing yourself speak will help you understand your feelings better.

Be kind, gentle, loving, and compassionate with yourself. Imagine a newborn baby who experiences the world as being unsafe. Give yourself a hug, and if tears show up, do yourself a favor and allow them to wash away your sweet face.

This practice of getting familiar with the parts of you that feel afraid is one of the most precious gifts you can give to yourself. Notice that I wrote practice, which means that it takes time to get the hang of it.

Maybe one day, after the initial unpleasant reaction of feeling fear again, you will invite it in. To a cup of chatting and understanding the gift it brought to you.

You deserve to heal.

Fear. The emotion that sets fire or ice to your entire being. From being frozen in place, sweating, feeling the digestion upside down, to not being able to breathe, and so on, this emotion is present in the life of many people.

In the Chinese medicine, the kidneys are injured by fear. It is also the area that influences the first three chakras: the root, the sacral, and the solar plexus.

You might experience fear as feeling ungrounded, unbalanced, or taking in the projections of other people. It could be familiar to you that when this emotion arises, healthy boundaries are difficult to maintain. Or, feeling exhausted most of the time. Each person reacts to it in different ways.

It feels like the thing you fear the most will come true. Regardless of it being something real, like being fired or something imaginary like expecting bad news on a blood test, your body is interpreting it as being real.

While it is seen as a negative emotion, in fact, fear is simply nuanced by your perception. If you allow yourself to feel it fully and then understand why it showed up, it’s easier to let it go. When you are afraid, you are disconnected from your inner self. As a translation, you are afraid that whoever/whatever comes your way has the power to control your life.

The truth is that you decide who has the power in your life. Easier said than done, I know. Especially with the way most of the people are raised. Fear is used as a tool to control someone, making the person believe that it has no power over their actions.

In a normal situation, seeing a wolf might ignite the feeling of fear. Which will prompt you to check your surroundings and leave. But what became a normal situation for some of us nowadays is a different kind of fear. Fear of not being able to be financially stable for your basic needs to be met. Fear of being abandoned. Fear of being sick. Fear of being rejected. Narrowing down to the deepest fear of not being enough just as you are, to be loved, accepted, and respected.

To heal the wounds created by fear, you need to arm down with lots of patience and perseverance. It takes time to forgive yourself for giving your power away.

The mind-body connection
I started my research on the brain and stopped midway because the mind came to play. The way you think influences your body and vice versa. They are not separate and can not be fully understood without being in a relationship with each other. Because the human body is a living being, and each part of it reflects the body as a whole.

What happens in your life feelings, thoughts, emotions, an extensive range of events influence your body. While you might think that your mind is directing your body's activity, in reality, this is much more complex.

For example, during a test, you might notice sweating, your five senses hyperactive, your digestion going crazy, and your entire body being tense. Your mind could go in circles, searching for information, doubting the results, and landing in full panic mode.

Who gave the signal to create this song?
The mind or the body? I would say both.
Because there is a two-way communication street.

Your thoughts and feelings inform all the cells in your body. They became physical.
For example, thinking that you will meet your loved one will send a strong message to your entire body circuit. You start feeling excited, joyful, and happy, which is translated in a calm and yet active body.

The relationship between mind and body shows you the state of balance. Healthy or ill. Ignoring a message from your body will result in the same message in a different body part.
For example, you have suppressed thoughts of anger that are kept within yourself. There will be no mistake when an infection, cut, or burn will show up in your body.

Ancient medicine believes that the root cause of the illness is in the mind.
By that, it means that whatever you think or feel will be shown in your body. Basically, whatever emotions are denied, pushed away, or not acknowledged will remain in the body. Until it finds a way to be seen or felt one way or another.

The Tongue. That helps you taste the sweetness of life. Or the bitterness of loss. The sourness of betrayal. The saltiness of longing.

The tongue is a muscular organ, part of the digestive system, and helps you form words. It can sense the taste of sweet, salty, sour, and bitter.

In order for you to feel the taste, the air must pass from mouth to the nose. With your nose blocked, the taste is imperceptible.

With this double role of helping digestion and speech flow, take a moment to see it from a metaphorical perspective.

Do you have a flow in your digestion?
Is your speech smooth?

Trying to keep in what you want to say might result in bitting your tongue. The same applies if you are blaming yourself for speaking up.

Whenever pain is present on your tongue, take a moment to check in with yourself.

What are you holding in, and is it about to burst?

Perhaps you had enough of meeting everyone's expectations, and it's time to take care of your needs. But it's difficult to say the words. So your tongue does it for you by having small cuts.

A swollen or heavy tongue hints at your desire to taste life or have enough of a person/situation.

Having your tongue coated on a white substance speaks of criticism and rage that live inside of you. Without any outlet to be expressed. You might want to check if past emotional wounds are still open. And it's time to digest them and taste again the sweetness of togetherness.

When you keep a secret that harbor shame or assume that you aren't listened, the tongue will hurt.

Are you punishing yourself? Why?
What are you disgusted by?
What's holding you back from tasting life?

Do you have a hard time standing up for yourself?
What do you need in order to start listening to yourself?

Check the spirit animal meaning. It will offer you an interesting perspective.

The skin. One of the keywords for skin is boundaries.
Your skin is the boundary between your inner and the outside world.
The functions of the skin are diverse fulfilling duties that range from controlling the temperature, being waterproof, and permeable to release water to protecting your entire body.

It's no surprise that being the biggest organ is able to transmit and interpret a variety of information. Think of the reflections shown through your skin of how much sleep, food, drinks, and emotions you experience.

Your skin also reflects the relationships you have with yourself and the others. Babies could die easily without being touched.

That's why trauma relating to being physically invaded can make you refuse touch. One of the primal ways of communication is through touch. You can express how much you love, care, and miss someone. At the same time, your skin can flush with embarrassment or anger, get cold and clummy when fearful and sweaty when nervous.

It's one of the most sensitive body parts and the primary sex organ because of the stimulating function.

Your inner sensitivity will be shown through sensitive skin.
The irritation on your skin hints at something/someone that irritated you.
Sweating a lot is your body's way of expressing emotions so they can flow outside of you.
Sometimes, a skin condition speaks of how much you want to be touched.
Cold skin talks of withdrawal and difficulty to adapt to a new situation.
A separation can show up as an eczema.

Skin is a topic that will be discussed further because it's complex and has both hidden and obvious messages.

Reflect on these questions.
How well are you communicating your emotions? Does your skin do your job?
How comfortable are you with touching?
Are you feeling lonely? Do you get enough touching?
What limits have been pushed?
Are your boundaries intact? Who/what crossed them?
Are you trying to protect yourself? Why?
Do you want to break free from the limits imposed in you?

Forgiveness

This post will look and feel different from what you are usually used. It's a highly personal one that, in my humble opinion, you need it to be reminded of, too.

The healing journey is full of ups and downs, pain interwoven with joy, and lots of in between. Living in this fast-paced world, even healing became something rushed. You might have missed the point. Just like me.

Healing is not linear, and its very intimate. Because it means to bring to light the parts of you that you don't love. And learning to move past all that you have been taught in order to love all of you.

By the grace of the universe, I received a hard earned reminder in the most unexpected way recently. Check my stories for the full disclosure. The reminder is this: you need to learn to forgive yourself so that you can love yourself. And, when the time is right, you will learn to forgive others too.

You are going through trail and error every day. And it's totally normal to not get it from the beginning. Because that's the beauty of this ride.
Others will mess up as well. Maybe in ways that will hurt you deeply. And you could choose to carry the pain all your life. Or you could choose to let it go.

One of the purposes this healing journey is to re-learn to take chances. To make mistakes, learn from them, forgive, and move forward.
Following these simple steps will teach you how to love yourself and the world with all the quirks and shadows.

Being harsh on yourself will be reflected in your relationships. Trying to speed up to reach your goal will, eventually, rob you of the magic of this journey.
You are not here to be anything besides what you already are. You are enough exactly how you are in every moment.

This is an invitation to forgive yourself for all the ways you allowed to be hurt. To pause, reflect, and hold all parts of you that ask for love. And to remember that you are love.

Give yourself grace for how far you are in your journey. Celebrate all the tiny steps you already took to heal. And trust that with every breath you take, healing is happening.
Like an invisible light that shines on all of us, the healing energy of love is enveloping us all.

Sweet Head. A heady feeling. Heavy head.

The head is by far one of the most complex body parts. It's the house of the 5 senses and a symbol for wisdom, beauty, and intelligence. Also known as the panel of control because it holds the key to feeling emotions, expressing them through the communication of the common 5 sense. It's a leader who speaks of individuality and autonomy.

Imbalances in this area of the body can have more than one cause. The conflict between your beliefs, spiritual life, personal growth, or the perception of a reality that doesn't serve you.

The head is composed of hard bones, which indicates the spiritual energy, soft bones that hold fluids, and elastic tissues, which represents the mental and emotional energy.
From the outside, it is a hard rock that seems to be a fortress with vigilant guards protecting the magic that's created inside.

When the blood doesn't reach all the places or is too strong, ask yourself if you have challenges in expressing/receiving love. Blood transports emotions, so the difficulty in expressing any of them in the head circuit is obvious.

As mentioned above, it is the panel of control. Therefore, pay attention to what and how you try to control. Because pain will signal the imbalance.

The pain speaks of countless inner wars. From the lack of expressing anger, resentment, and criticism to being stuck with your perspective and refusing to accept change. Being disconnected from your heart and experiencing life from a rational point of view.

Carring heaviness with the form of overwhelm, burdens, and responsibilities.
Constantly on the go, busyness being your keyword, and demanding perfection.
Without a sense of direction in your life and a shallow, superficial way of living.

Forgetting about the balance between mind, body, heart, and spirit.
It is no wonder that you feel your head will explode. Take a moment to observe this.

The rest of the body is covered most of the time, letting the head be the PR for all you. While processing the information from your senses and informing the rest of the body, the head is also in charge of balancing the hormones, the metabolism, nerves, communication, and much more. ⬇️
